The sequence is the traditional (Egyptian standard) revelation order carried in Tanzil’s sura metadata. Chronology is genuinely contested: classical scholars differ over many placements, most suras were revealed in pieces rather than at one sitting, and several carry both Meccan and Medinan material. The years shown are interpolated across that sequence, not attested for each sura: they are right at the two ends and approximate in between. The events are landmarks at their traditional dates, not claims about which verse belongs to which day.
